This Gender Equality Policy drawn up by Management in collaboration with the Steering Committee sets out the principles, objectives and indications that describe the organisation’s commitment to gender equality and anti-discrimination at each stage of a resource’s life cycle at the Organisation (selection, access to training, career path).
This policy applies to all RIVACOLD and VITRIFRIGO personnel; All are called upon to comply, for the activities under their purview, with the provisions of the Corporate Regulation and to contribute to the pursuit of the commitments of this Policy.
Rivacold and Vitrifrigo endeavour to:
- promote an inclusive corporate culture that respects individual diversity
- pursue gender equality by ensuring equal professional opportunities
- combat all forms of discrimination
- identify and fill any gaps
- improve people’s well-being by creating an inclusive, collaborative and safe work environment (free from all forms of discrimination, violence, harassment, etc.) by fostering women’s empowerment in the knowledge that each individual is a unique being capable of creating value for the organisation
Rivacold and Vitrifrigo:
- monitor their own performance through appropriate indicators and identify objectives on the basis of UNI PdR 125
- put in place appropriate reporting systems
- disseminate this Policy through appropriate communication channels both within and outside the organisation
This Policy will be reviewed annually by the Steering Committee in accordance with the Company’s ongoing commitment to continuous improvement in the future.
