Many entrepreneurs believe that human resources should be considered a priority in company investments. We at Rivacold constantly put this conviction into practice, also with our School of Trades. For some years, in fact, we have set up a real training center, a theoretical and practical space in which some of our technicians, assisted in some cases by specialized external collaborators, literally teach a profession.
Numerous training courses have been organized over time, aimed at motivated people eager to learn, improve and then commit themselves to our company: in particular, welders, brazers and other operators who are now hired and employed on our production lines. Last year we also held a course for TIG welders dedicated exclusively to what was once called the “weaker sex”: a course for “graduated” girls skilled in precision machining, which is essential in our facilities.
