For the VAG Group, university career days are highly anticipated events. We carefully prepare these meetings in the Universities of Bologna, Ancona and Urbino, trying to prepare a complete information space and to provide students with interesting elements that they could deepen their knowledge in order to approach our company.

It is always important for us to get to know young undergraduates or fresh graduates and understand their motivations and ambitions. We are sure that at least some of the skills and passion that will help us achieve new goals in the coming years are present in these students: we have the very challenging task, through our Human Resources, to recognize and enhance them.

An even more difficult task in this period in which most of the editions take place in virtual mode. Being able to offer prepared and willing girls and boys, a prospect of individual and professional growth is a sign of hope for the future, which takes on an even greater value in these times of change in the labor market.
